CHEESE GRITS

Start your morning with a hearty breakfast that will energize you all the way until lunch! Cheese grits are EASY and DELICIOUS! Add a couple of biscuits and we are talking REAL comfort food!
Cheese Grits:
3/4 cup cooking grits
3 cups water
3/4 stick oleo
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 eggs
2 tsps. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
1/2 pound grated cheese
Cook grits in salty water.
Add oleo, eggs, seasoning, peppers, and grated cheese.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
Save enough grated cheese to sprinkle on top.
