ITALIAN BEEF POT ROAST

Italian beef Pot Roast
- 1 Beef Pot Roast
- 1 can of Beer
- 1 can of green chilies
- 1 package of Italian Good Seasonings mix
- Dash of Italian Herbs (I added)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic crushed (I added)
- (optional) a pinch or 2 of red pepper flakes (I added)
Throw it all together in the Crock-pot on low for 10-12 hours.
