Feeling like you need a little snack to hold you over until dinner? Keep a sealed container of of this zesty spread in your fridge. Spread it on a few crackers and presto! You've had a great snack!
Olive Nut Spread
1 cup chopped olives
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. olive juice from olive jar
Mix. Serve on crackers.
