ORIENTAL SLAW (A Crisp cabbage/Ramen noodle mixture!)

Cole slaw lovers will LOVE the added CRUNCH of the Ramen noodles and cashews!
ORIENTAL SLAW
1 package shredded cabbage
1 cup cashews (I use unsalted.)
2 packages chicken flavored Ramen noodles
1 stick butter (melted)
Crumble Ramen noodles onto baking sheet. Add cashews.
Mix seasoning from Ramen noodles with melted butter and pour over noodles and cashews. Mix to coat evenly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Dressing: (Mix in jar)
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
6 green onions (chopped)
Mix cabbage with Ramen noodles and dressing right before ready to serve. (Not a good left-over dish. The noodles get soft.)
